基于分级干预理论的幼儿园教师儿童保护素养建构

摘要:

儿童保护素养是幼儿园教师保护儿童免受伤害的知识、技能和态度的总和,是幼儿园教师专业素养的重要组成部分。研究借鉴学校危机分级干预理论,通过文本分析和专家咨询建立起由一级预防素养、二级干预素养和三级救助素养构成的幼儿园教师儿童保护素养模型。基于对素养模型指标的调查与修订,研究建构并检验了包含7个因子32个项目的幼儿园教师儿童保护素养评估指标体系,以期为幼儿园教师自我评估与学习、研发儿童保护培训课程及完善幼儿园儿童保护制度提供参考。

Abstract:

As a component of kindergarten teachers' professional competence, child protection competency encompasses the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to safeguard children from harm. Drawing on school crisis tiered intervention theory, this study established a kindergarten teachers' child protection literacy model comprising primary prevention literacy, secondary intervention literacy, and tertiary rescue literacy through text analysis and expert consultation. Based on survey-driven refinement of literacy indicators, the research constructed and validated a 32-item, 7-factor assessment index system for evaluating kindergarten teachers' child protection literacy, with the aim of providing references for kindergarten teachers' self-assessment and learning, the design of child protection training courses and the improvement of child protection systems in kindergartens.
